IN SEASON - Treat yourself to the incredible flavour of Sydney Urchin's White Sea Urchin Roe, also known as Uni, thoughtfully packed in a three-pocket tray to ensure freshness and a premium presentation.

Each tray contains 50g of our tiny, fresh, A-grade roe, sustainably harvested from the pristine waters off the coast of Victoria, Australia.

The wild-caught Short Spine Sea Urchins (Heliocidaris erythrogramma) are hand-picked by our skilled divers and processed in our state-of-the-art facility by experts in the Australian sea urchin industry. This delicacy brings a taste of the ocean straight to your plate. These urchins are creamy, and have a really unique peach-like flavour that accompanies the ocean’s saltiness perfectly. It’s great over rice, as a partner to traditional sushi, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Our White Uni is packed in a three-pocket (50g) tray, the perfect size for the little urchin roe. A great way to taste test our urchin.
